– Remote group meditations scheduled regularly.
– Private retreats available for groups seeking deeper rest and reset.

The Practice

A simple pause, done sitting with eyes closed. No effort, no technique to master — just time for the system to settle.

The mind doesn’t need to be controlled. It just needs space.
Like water, it doesn’t settle through force — it settles naturally.
This practice creates that space, so the system can reset on its own.

As one early observer of the mind wrote over two thousand years ago:

When the activity of the mind quiets, we return to our original clarity.” — Patañjali

This practice is designed to fit into key moments of transition:
– 20 minutes at the start of the day, before the demands begin
– 20 minutes after work or between shifts, to reset before what’s next

It’s not about withdrawing — it’s about showing up with more composure and less mental noise.

You don’t need to wait for depletion.
This practice helps you manage your energy — staying steady and ready, every day.
With regular pause, you restore your strength before it runs low.
